Dr. Nicholas Rizzo received his B.A. in Biology with Honors from the University of Chicago and his M.D. from Northwestern University. He completed his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and is specialty board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Rizzo is in private practice and is an Adjunct Clinical Instructor of Medicine at Midwestern University Medical School.
Dr. Rizzo wrestled on the high school and college levels. Coaching since 1994, he is presently an assistant varsity coach and team physician at Marist High School in Chicago, Illinois. Marist High School finished the '02-'03 season with a record of 20-2, with nine individual state qualifiers and three state place winners. In the ‘03-’04 season Marist had three sectional champions, two of which went on to place downstate, including Marist’s tenth individual state champion. Marist set a national record this year by winning their 25th consecutive conference title.
